When we landed at Ben Gurion Airport, I had an immense amount of adrenaline, happiness and a sense of exploration. From the airport, we boarded our bus and headed to the beach and ruins at Caesarea. There, we walked along the shore line and gazed at the Mediterranean Sea. The water was calm and brushed up against the sand ever so gently. As the day progressed, colors of red, dark blue, orange and purple filler the sky. This atmosphere of peace and serenity was the perfect way to begin our journey in this mysterious new land.
